1. After you make a shower prepare a tub of warm clean water.
2. Lie back with the feet on the edges of the bathtub.
3. Relax the vagina muscles totally so water can enter the
vagina.
4. Contract the muscles strongly to force the water out with a
noticeable spurt.
5. Eight such relaxations and contractions are recommended
daily.
BE CAREFUL: When you first attempt this exercise it can
be done with relative ease, but that it becomes more difficult
as the level of interest falls which the passing of time. You
should remember that you will become a special woman for all
